In a rented property, unless otherwise agreed, tenants are responsible for council tax, all utilities such as water, electricity, gas, broadband, and TV licenses. So once you have moved in please ensure that you register with the utility suppliers and Local Authority as soon as possible

Your rent should be paid in full and on time, in accordance with your tenancy agreement.
Our preferred method of payment is by standing order or bank transfer. Please contact us to obtain the correct bank details or alternatively, a printed mandate can be sent to you.
If you have any difficulty paying your rent during your tenancy please contact us as soon as possible.
If you have any maintenance issues whilst renting a property you must inform Trueman Estates or your landlord immediately. Failure to do so may mean that you are held partially responsible should the delay result in added deterioration.
