Utilities and Council Tax

In a rented property, unless otherwise agreed, tenants are responsible for all utilities such as water, electricity, gas, broadband, and TV licenses.

Paying Your Rent

Your rent should be paid in full and on time, in accordance with your tenancy agreement. 


Our preferred method of payment is by standing order or bank transfer. Please contact us to obtain the correct bank details or alternatively, a printed mandate can be sent to you.

Vacating At The End of Your Tenancy

When vacating a property at the end of your tenancy you should make an appointment with the office to meet at the property on your final day. All personal possessions should be removed prior to the check-out and the property must be clean and ready for the check-out inspection including the return of all keys.
