REFERENCING


It is normal practice for any good letting agent to check your suitability to rent a property, and we are no different. 

If you let a property with us we will conduct a credit check, employment reference, affordability check and a previous landlords reference.

We will also confirm your right to live and work in the UK and seek proof of your identity and that of anyone living with you. If you do have any credit issues or you believe there is any other information that may affect you passing our referencing procedure, it is best to tell us straight away.

Previous landlord’s reference

Our references are conducted online by an approved credit reference agency via email to process your application as quickly as possible. 

Prospective tenants will only be allowed to move into a property upon satisfactory reference checks.
